Well done to the staff and management. After reading the positive reviews - I wonder if I called on a bad day! But took my traditiions year old mum for lunch.
I found myself apologising to the bar staff, as I ordered Brunch [not realising it is only served pm] - the waitress said 'it says on the sign'! We ordered a main course and tea, both served reasonably quickly - but both the meals and the tea were not piping hot, just warm.
We didn't complain - but my mother did ask for another pot of tea, as the one we had was only warm; the waitress said 'it was served at the correct temperature! Well it wasn't, it was just warm!
